Delivery
Furniture
Most of my furniture will be shipped via Parcelforce and a standard delivery charge for postage will be added at checkout. In some cases where furniture is not able to be shipped via Parcelforce (due to size or weight), then it will be shipped via local courier company. I will specify on the product description if this is the case and will get in contact with you direct after purchase in order to provide you with a quote and arrange delivery.
Delivery times:
Parcelforce - despatched within 5 days. Delivery up to 3 days.
Courier company - despatched within 5 days. Delivery between 1-2 weeks.
I will thoroughly wrap your furniture with second hand packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and cardboard to provide the best protection I can for them during transit.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item, then please email Hayley at hello@thepresenthome.com in the first instance.
I will then send you the address to return the item to, which I ask you do so within 14 working days.
Please return the item back in the condition you received it in, in its original packaging.
Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of the return postage.
In the unlikely event that your item (furniture or accessories) is delivered damaged, please contact me immediately with images and a description of the damage so that I can review, and then discuss with you how we can resolve the issue.
